An occupied Cape Cod apartment complex with four aging leach beds was in partial failure and had tight site access. In Fall 2023, a Perc-Rite® Drip Dispersal system was designed and installed to replace 50% of the failed capacity with minimal disruption. By late Fall 2024, the remaining original beds had failed; in Spring 2025, additional drip zones were added and tied into the existing pumps and controls. The project showcases how Perc-Rite® enables phased construction, reuse of existing infrastructure, and reliable repairs on constrained, fully occupied sites.
