Tucked along the shores of Caspian Lake, the Cheney Road Association is home to a collection of seasonal cottages and one year-round residence. When the majority of the aging individual wastewater systems needed replacement, the community came together to invest in a shared solution.
In the fall of 2022, a 4-zone Perc-Rite® Drip Dispersal system was installed within the association’s common lawn area. Designed with both functionality and flexibility in mind, all four zones operate during the busy summer season, while a single zone efficiently supports the limited winter use of the year-round home.
