Perc-Rite® Drip Dispersal tubing installation Easton Housing Authority, Easton, MA October 2015

A 27,600 gpd wastewater system for a housing complex in Easton, MA was recently completed in December 2015. With the residences being fully occupied, there were challenges for the design and installation teams to minimize the expensive endeavor of pumping and hauling waste each day.  The Perc-Rite® Drip Dispersal System fit nicely into the solution.

The treatment plant and collection system were built first while the residences remained tied into the existing individual on-site systems.  Perc-Rite® zones were built one or two at a time in nooks and crannies around the site.  The flexible nature of Perc-Rite® allowed smaller areas nestled between buildings, adjacent to wetlands, or in parking circles to be utilized for effluent disposal. After a zone was built and tested it could be put into commission, avoiding pumping and hauling.

Construction of the Perc-Rite® system began in October 2015 and completed in early December 2015.
