Nestled on Caspian Lake, the Cheney Road Association is a collection of seasonal properties and one year-round residence.
The members of the association collectively decided on a community wastewater system when the majority of the individual onsite systems needed replacement.
A 4-zone Perc-Rite® Drip Dispersal was installed in the fall of 2022 within the common lawn area. All four zones are needed for the seasonal operation, but the system is reduced to one zone for the limited year-round usage of the single dwelling.
The common area maintains its beautiful rolling appearance with no change to aesthetics or use while providing environmental protection to the lake. A win-win for all.
